Question About Compaq Computer Accessories 1456V
repairing a laptop...

I am trying to fix this laptop i just got it is missing the sleeve on the side right next to the dvd slot. I do not even know the correct terminalogy for this piece. I was told its where the hardware is suppose to go. please help a lost woman.
