Compaq armada 1598dt,64 MB RAM,2 GB HDD...I can't ...

Compaq armada 1598dt,64 MB RAM,2 GB HDD...I can't acces Bios and I can't boot from cd.Floppy disk doesn't work.Win 98 SE installed on it.Can i put another OS...WIN 2000...?I want to put a usb hub and connect to internet via USB,Win 98 doesn't recognize my adsl modem...stuffs like that...sorry for my english!AN ADVISE,PERHAPS... THANKS!
