I just bought a Craig 14" netbook and was prompted upon powering it on that there was an OS upgrade to kit kat 4.4 android. I followed instructions and then after downloading clicked to install it and now my screen is either black or flashing or with lines of color etc. Will no load with new OS. I have tried reset button and powering on and off and no luck. What can I do?
