I have a icraig tablet that I purchased at Rite Ai...

I have a icraig tablet that I purchased at Rite Aid in November 2013. My granddaughter tried to reset the tablet by pushing the reset button in the back. Now it won't open. It just shows that its loading, I have had it turned on for more than 20 minutes and it still doesn't load the open page.
