this will not fix all of the projectors power problems but will address some. the lamp cover on the bottom of the projector has a tapered insert. this insert is to push on a power safty switch inside but the I-Beam structor does not always click into place and misses the switch head. you can form a small piece of sheet metal over this tapered insert and it will have a better chance of hitting the switch every time. good luck
