Question About Daewoo Computer Monitor F257-A
Nothing on Screen, Power light blinks...

I am trying to help a neighbor with a Dell tower and the above monitor, it was fine, the family went out for a few hours and returned, the screen was black and the light blinking. I have rebooted the PC and it comes up fine, plugged and unplugged it all and still the same. WHat can I do to help her?
