I have switched to a different size of label and r...

I have switched to a different size of label and ribbon. I have tried to calibrate; the message GAP MODE CANNOT CALIBRATE appears on the screen. I have tried several times but without success. Please assist me. Do I need to enter the size of the label or the sensor can read it? Could you explain which part is the "Backing". Thank you.
