Hello! We just bought Rattail Mylar labels. We have been trying to install it with a new ribbon but after it prints one label the fault light turns on and it stops printing. We followed everything in the manual but nothing is working. In the past, we have used the dumbell tags that came with it when it was shipped to us and it was working good until now. Please help. Thanks.
