Question About Dell All in One Printer None
cartidge error...

I tried to replace my cartridges for printing pictures and recieve this message- cartridge error, replace color cartridge. I have tried two new cartridges and still the same. Any idea how to fix this?

2 Preiodically my Dell Photo 966 all in one scanner has issues scanning- first it has trouble communication with the computer and then, even if contact is established , the scan is completely black. How can I fix this?

1 When I try to scan I get a message that says "downloading scan applications from your computer" and then nothing happens

0 When I print, the pages have lines of print that are blurred. I have realigned numerous times....nothing seems to help. Are there any suggestions as to how to correct the problem?

0 My original manual is in Dallas and I am in Tulsa. Could you please send me a copy of the manual or at least the section on scanning? I'd really appreciate it.

0 This is a shared printer. It is connected to another computer and used by another. The scan capabilities do not work. I cannot scan with the recipient computer but CAN scan with the host. How do I correct this situation??
