Question About Dell All in One Printer None
Changing the Ink Cartridge...

I am trying to change both my ink cartridges on my printer. However, when I lift up the top, the ink carriers to not move so I can't access them. Beofre, they have always moved to the middle and nothing I do seems to work. help please. Kirsty
