dell 926 not scanning when plugged in. Installed software and triet to unistall and re-install but it's the same problem. It shows "preparing Dell All in one for first use" and then it freezes there and doesn't respond. Also, every time I turn the printer/scanner on it prints aligment page which I'd like to stop from doing as there's no need for it and it used my expensive ink.
