Printer will not print. From word, etc. it goes to 99% print completed, but nothing is printed. From the printer selection it goes to 5% print and nothing is printed. It does show both ink levels in both cases. Both wirelessley and connected via usb, no difference. Removed/reinstalled the drivers, unplugged, etc. It will work for a while it won'twhen I shut down my computer and restart-sometimes). Taken off Norton thinking that was causing it.
