My Dell 968 printer will not print. It sends the print job to the printer, because I hear the printer turn on to print but nothing prints. The pop up box comes on the laptop and it shows that there is only 10% of the print job. I have uninstalled the printer, cleared the print jobs and restarted the computer to reinstall the printer. It still will not print. The scanner and copier features work. The laptop is using Windows XP. Thank you for any information you can pass on to me.
