I have a Dell 968 All In One Printer. I am able to send faxes however I am unable to receive faxes. I have a separate line which is our fax line and the fax recognizes income faxes as a fax. However it can't connect, it says connecting for about half a minute to a minute and then I get a message saying unable to connect. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it. I have triple checked to make sure the fax/phone lines are in the right spots.

3 I just got off the phone with Dell support and am able to receive faxes now. The technician had me go into the fax menu and into: - Fax set-up - Dialing & sending - Max send speed He had me change the max send speed to 9,600 bps (mine was set at 33,600 bps as default).
