Question About Dell All in One Printer None
"Dell 968w printer" menu item 'Print files' greyed out...

The "Print Files" option on the main menu of the printer is grayed out and I can not print. I get an error on the laptop saying; check the cable; checked blocked firewall, reboot. It has been printing fine for months.
