When I use the copy feature on the printer the copied page prints out completely black and wet. I have checked/cleaned the ink cartridges and have used the Operator Panel and the Dell All In One Center to copy documents. I have adjusted the copy quality, as well as the lighten and darken feature. I also put in new ink cartridges. I have had this product for over 4 years and this is the first time this has happened. I nee help!!
