Question About Dell All in One Printer v310- all in one
Dell V310 will not scan...

It is hooked up wireless...prints fine but won't scan...states no applicatios available on the printer screen...if i try to open the printer/scan option on the computer it states no compatible printer is installed....i have adobe photoshop and adobe reader 8 installed which should prove adequate for a destination application??
