My tension pulley fixture broke where the spring attaches. I drilled a hole in the fixture and reattached the spring. When I open compartment carriage does not center itself. I move the carriage to the right past center & press the check mark, carriage goes all the way to the left; then slightly to the right until the default screen appears then goes all the way to the then the error appears. (Printer Carrier Stall)Can the extra tension where the spring is now stretched about 1/16" longer cause this?
