My Dell 948 All-in-One will not print in black. My color works fine, but even with a new cartridge, it won't print black. It started printing weaker and weaker black print and then finally nothing, even with a new cartridge. It also says it cannot align because I need to remove the tape from the cartridges (done that) or check troubleshooting. Please advise? FYI: I have been refilling my own cartridges.
