Question About Dell All in One Printer 964
photo 964 scanning issue...

All of a sudden I am unable to scan on my printer. What could cause this and how can I fix it?

0 I have had endless problems with this. One thing that seems to work is if you go to task manager and end any processes beginning with dlci that it will let you end (particularly dlcicoms.exe). Using the printer/scanner again will reload the process, but then everything seems to work again. I am scanning across network using Dell wireless adaptor. You don't say how you are connected to your computer.
