0 machine copies fine, but no manual came with it and scanning is a real problem...looks like random symbols all over the page. please help if possible

0 I didn't get a manual with my printer either, I don't know where to go to find how to fax to someone? Does anyone else know?

0 I have a the same printer and dont know how to get a manual. I have yet to figure out hoe to get it to copy. Can you send me info on this ? Thanks
