Question About Dell All in One Printer 942
Reds won't print at all...

No Red colors will print at all. Just installed new color and black cartridges. I can rub a towel on the cartridge and see yellow blue and red ink on it, but it will not print anything red - only yellows and blues....any help out there?

0 I have the same problem. I called customer support. Since my printer is out of warranty, I was told to call 1-800-624-9896 for support. Issue is still unresolved.
