Question About Dell All in One Printer None
scan options...

I can't seem to scan a document in MS word, it keeps scanning as a JPEG, I tried changing the setting, but it won't even pick up the option of changing it, this is a new problem, I've never had this problem before. When the scanner looks for the different options, it just comes back saying there is no applications found.
