Question About Dell All in One Printer 962
Scanning multiple pages...

I am following the directions in the manual to scan multiple pages, but the directions don't match what happens when I do what the manual tells me to do. Instructions are to Click Start, then I will have an option for Programs or All Programs. I dont get the programs/all programs option.
