Question About Dell All in One Printer 964
This printer (Dell Photo 964 All in one) has worke...

This printer (Dell Photo 964 All in one) has worked great for me. Yesterday I went to copy a page and it came up; "Right cartridge missing. Insert Color cartridge". I put a new color cartridge in and it still did the same thing. It is out of warranty and I do not want to pay Dell for the answer. Please help..... Thanks
