Question About Dell All in One Printer 1235cn
Toner empty message when new toner has been installed...

I have just installed a new black toner cartridge. The machine is sending the message is that the black toner is empty.

0 possible you are using a non-Dell toner cartridge? If so, in Toolbox, you should check that box that says "non-Dell Toner" & then apply new settings. It warns u that some features may not work but doesn't tell u which ones. I discovered that it will not tell you the level of toner left in each cartridge but at least it's printing. As a precaution, keep spare toner in stock
