The screen stays bright for a second or two when booted, but very quickly becomes 'pitch black', and this is very annoying. I don't know what was done to it to cause this, but the menu will not show up. I have plugged it into my laptop, and shared the screen, and when it boots, for a brief moment, i can see my laptop screen before once again the screen goes black. any help greatly appreciated.
