dll problem...

I keep getting this "error" constantly,on my Dell D610 Laptop. STOP:c0000221 Unknown Hard Error\SystemRoot\System32\ntdll.dll Could you PLEASE HELP ME? I have Windows XP Professional OS, Many,many thanks, Kind Regards, Tommy Glancy.
