Question About Dell Laptop PP04S
"Registration"...

Re: newly purchased, used Dell Laptop (3yrs): Dell #PP04S. I would like to find out who this PP04S is "registered" to; former owner said Dell could not forward information for "privacy reasons"; but how can I use a laptop registered to "who knows"?
