Question About Dell Laptop C610
touch pad control...

Can not turn on/off touch pad. Can not get cursor with wireless mouse or using touchpad---both are enabled. Battery and signal on mouse are good. Could this be a faulty switch? Can briefly see a window when enabling touch pad switch but can not read it as it disappears to quickly.
