My color cartridge is out of ink. I haven't needed it in the past so I just left it in the printer but I just put in a new black cartridge and now it's giving me a error message saying that I need to put in a new color cartridge. (Note: I even tried taking the color cartridge out of the printer but it still says I need to put in a color cartridge.) Any ideas? Thanks
