Paper Jam...

I had a paper jam, then I removed the paper. I still receive the error message – PAPER JAM OPEN REG COVER. How do I fix this problem?

0 I recently had this problem, and found it to be the result of a piece braking off of the gear driving the feed roller. You must remove the rear assembly (four screws) to see the broken part of the gear. I just epoxy glued the broken piece back on, and everything worked fine. Good luck.
