Question About Dell Printer None
Printer Will Not Work At All...

Every time I try to print, I get a message "cartridge error - consult user's guide". I've tried removing both cartridges and then putting them back in, unplugging the printer, turning it off and back on, and pressing the cancel button with no luck. Any ideas???
