Question About Dell Printer 2330d
we have a dell 2330d printer , it says error 200.1...

we have a dell 2330d printer , it says error 200.13 paper jam, remove cartridge, we have removed the cartridge several times checked and there is no paper jam, what do we do next>? we have tried rebooting computer and printer with no success
