Question About Digi-Frame Scanner DF-SCA401w
My 1 day old digiframe is locked with a 2 red flas...

My 1 day old digiframe is locked with a 2 red flashing red LED indicating paper jam! I have no paper jam and nothing including removal of the battery is changing the issue. Can the item be reset or should I return it to the shop?
