Question About Digimate Computer Monitor L-1523
Monitor not working...

My 15.4" LCD monitor just shows a blank screen when turned on. The screen has not actually turned on but the 5 touch buttons including the power touch button just flash repeatedly all at once. Help would be much appreciated.
