0 Support URLs with manual, firmware upgrade: ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Switch/des3326SRM/ ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Switch/des3326/ I believe D-Link products may have a small hole at the rear of the case through which one can access the reset switch.
