2 There should be a reset button in the reset hole that can be pressed using a pin. That should reset your device to factory settings and get rid of the code. If that doesn't work you can try and hold the power button and the up volume rocker till u see a list menu. U will have to scroll to reset/factory wipe using ur volume rocker to scroll and using power (or menu) button to select. After u restore u can go back into the list menu and scroll to the reboot device option and reboot your tablet If holding the upper volume rocker doesn't do anything then hold power and down volumes rocker. If that fails too then try holding the power button and both volume rockers at the same time. This method will factory reset your tablet and erase all your data. So beware.
