I just bought your junior label maker.(blue, should be as easy to use, that kids should be able to use it) the strip of label that hang out of the device already read 'dymo', which inclined that it should be working. now I tried to print letters into the strip - and nothing happens... what do I do wrong??? is there anything, I need to do first, to make the printer work? please let me know. thank you, ute grund please email your answer to u.grund@yahoo.de
