Question About Dymo Printer 300
when i press print it shows on display exclamation...

when i press print it shows on display exclamation point all across and nothing happens

0 Hi bulitoumar, Regarding your problem, the biggest cause of the !!!! across the entire display when you try printing is because there is a tape jam. I advise you to try by cleaning the device with the steps below: 1. Open the lid where the cassette is located. On the inside there should be a brush. 2. Remove the cassette from the machine 2.1. Remove the brush and dip it in some rubbing alcohol, make sure it's damp, not dripping wet. 3. Clean the printhead with the brush and if the brush becomes black, just use the other side of the brush. When used up, then you can use a cotton tipped brush or tops to clean with. 4. Make sure nothing is stuck on the roll opposite the printhead. this roll should be white. 5. You can also clean the printers knife using the brush, if needed. Do note that the knife is very sharp.
