i HAVE THE SHREDDER LISTED BUT IT IS CLOGGED WITH ...

i HAVE THE SHREDDER LISTED BUT IT IS CLOGGED WITH PAPER SHREDS, I REVERSED IT TO GET THE PAPER THR & IT PICKED UP THE FINES ALREADY SHREDDED AND NOW WON'T OPERATE. hOW DO i GET THE FINES OUT OF THE SHREDDER THAT WON'T TURN???
