Im trying to access the partition on my e525-2632 ...

Im trying to access the partition on my e525-2632 to do a system recovery and restore windows 7 but i cannot get past the logo screen. Pressing alt and f11 or just f11 will not work. The screen just keeps flashing from the logo to a black screen over n over
