5 https://support.gateway.com/us/en/emac/product/default.aspx?modelId=4021 you can get manual from above link. If you are not able to burn cd or dvd then you need to install nero but if after installing new nero still same then your cd dvd burner has lense issue.so you need to change dvd writer.
