Question About Emerson Computer Hardware EM749
our em749 tablet seems to have a problem charging....

our em749 tablet seems to have a problem charging. when we try to turn it on there is a battery symbol with an exclamation point. We tried charging the tablet in the on state but it would not charge. Now it seems that nothing will charge the tablet. what do i do????????????
