can not get the wi - fi to connect. Under setting...

can not get the wi - fi to connect. Under settings turn it on - then it searches and then shuts it off. It froze up and I had to set it back to the factory settings - that is when I was unable to get any Wi-Fi even at home

5 What you should do is do a master reset by holding Down the power button for about 20 seconds and it should work. Also hard wire your tablet to the internet and make sure your tablet is up to date
