Question About Envision Peripherals Computer Monitor None
19"AOC MVWK Monitor...

All wires from Monitor are plugged in to computer !!! The computer is on,bot Monitor is black screen with blue flashing light on bottom of screen / Monitor...I cannot get screen to come on !!!
