Envision LM760 screen shut off after 2 seconds...

My Envision LM760 screen shuts off 2 seconds after its initially powered on. The power lights stays on. You can power it off, and the same process repeats itself. Any suggestions what is causing the monitor screen to blank off after 2 seconds?
