Question About Epson All in One Printer 520
can't clear printer error...

printer stopped while starting to print a word document with a pfd label attached. printer screen reads PRINTER ERROR. SEE YOUR DOCUMENTATION and the auto answer light came on. Fax sending and receiving is not installed. Cannot cllear error or turmn of auto-answer light
