how to change ink cartridge...

Can you give me how to instructions on how to change the ink cartridge as i have mislaid the book that came with the printer

1 Yes, I too, have a problem when changing the cartridges as the cartridges set keeps swinging back and forth and does not give me time to insert new cartridge...please advise as this happens each time I need to change a colour cartridge...
