I have just tried 3 times to change the ink cartridges in the printer and it is telling me that the 2 that I was replacing keep saying the cartridges are not recgnized and they are all out of a standard capacity 4 pack. Could you please advise me how to rectify this as I have alredy tried many times putting the yellow and the magenta cartridges in. Many thanks Marie
